This motel is on a very long and busy street (TX 199-Jacksboro Highhway) and there are 4 to 5 motels sporadically placed along this road a short distance apart. Out of it's peers, it is hands down the best. The motel is clean, and safer than you would expect in that area. The manager lives there along with his family, and because of that; the manager keeps an eye on the place 24/7. Loud and/or inebriated guests are treated with zero tolerance. The price of the room is either identical to it's peers along the same road- Or cheaper. There are cameras everywhere which is great. There isn't room service; BUT they do keep snacks and such upfront for purchase. You have access to a big ice machine that actually works, and there is plenty of parking. When you drive in and see a layout of the 2 buildings and parking lot, you realize it cocoons your vehicle in, therefore decreasing the possibility of car theft or break-ins. Daily and weekly rates available. Free cable. On a budget? Veer a bit off the beaten path and save some money, without compromising your safety.
So far I've been very satisfied with my stay here. If you need a place in this area a pinch especially, this place is it!
Clean, quiet (except for my cough - sorry), priced very affordably. Polite man at the desk, very personable. I'm quite pleased. I was in the motel business in Florida - lower-rent motels - I know the struggle - You get low reviews from low-class people who are mad at the world. Trust me - I know this business - it's a good place, feels secure. Wish I had a microwave is my only gripe, and that's a small one, on an overnight stay.
Grabbed me a room for 1 night @$75 and was blown away with how clean, nice and cool upon entering. Had a small fridge with a microwave. Checked bed sheets and they where clean. Did not notice any bed bugs or any other problem. Turned around and paid for a Week upon the excellence of owners and maids.
Location and service are great! Friendly and convenient! The price is good and the rooms are comfortable! WiFi works great also! Very good place to stay!
I've stayed here a couple of times. This time I'm on my second week. If you're looking for a weekly room in this area, stay here. If you want peace and quiet, stay here. If you're not interested in any of the mayhem that goes on at other weekly motels, stay here. The owners are very friendly if you follow the rules. If you cause trouble, you will be asked to leave. My room is big, clean, and quite comfortable. I am very happy with my stay. It is unbelievably quiet.
This is a very clean, friendly , and extremely affordable place to stay. Especially compared to the other hotels down the road. Convenient location for the downtown area. Also management is great. They accommodate your needs. Very helpful and polite. Was very pleased with my stay.
Honestly... This place is actually quite comfortable. I've been staying here for almost 8 months and I like it here better than the previous motels I've stayed at. It's quiet and drama free. The rooms have been renovated and the owner just replaced the rooms with new furniture including the beds. I rated the room a four out of five because the WiFi doesn't always work so good but other than that I totally recommend staying here if you're in-between moving houses or just passing through. Either way you'll enjoy your stay here at the Greenview Inn.
